Community Voting: Choose the Winners!

How the Voting Process Works

The Online Photo Club utilizes a democratic community voting system to select the winners for each of our three monthly categories, ensuring that the best work is recognized by the entire membership. We currently feature the top three finalists in each category on this page, presenting a total of nine exceptional photographs for your consideration. Each member is permitted to cast **one vote** per category, resulting in a maximum of three total votes (one for Wildlife, one for Still Life, and one for Sports Action). To ensure fairness and prevent manipulation, all votes are submitted through the secure form below, which generates an email that is then verified against your membership ID. Please review each photograph carefully, considering not only the subject matter but also the technical execution, composition, and adherence to the category theme. We trust our community to evaluate the art objectively and select the photographs that truly represent the highest standards of our club. The voting period closes on the last day of the month, and winners are announced the following week.

To cast your vote, first identify the images you feel are the strongest contenders in each category, noting their assigned Submission ID (A1, B2, C3, etc.) located directly beneath the image. You will then enter these IDs into the corresponding fields in the voting form. It is crucial that you follow the instructions precisely: only enter a valid Submission ID for your chosen image in each category; any entry that attempts to vote more than once per category or uses an invalid ID will be discarded. After completing the form and clicking the "Cast Vote" button, your email client will open, containing your voting selections. Review the email content, verify your choices, and send it to finalize your vote. This two-step process helps maintain the security of our competition. Remember, your participation is vital; every vote counts toward recognizing the talent and hard work of your fellow photographers. The final winning photographs will be prominently displayed in our Gallery of Past Winners.
